These little nightstands were found in the local thrift store and I knew they would be pretty with a new painted finish. I decided to use sea sponges to mimic the look of old Swedish furniture.
Finally, I'm back in the studio painting furniture! I've had this little pine chest for awhile. I had two of these chests because they make the perfect bedside nightstands and everyone always says they want two. I painted the pair in greys. But in this case, only one sold! So, I repainted the one that didn't sell in my favorite indigo blue colors.
I finally finished painting my pine sideboard that I purchased over a year ago. Why did it take so long to paint, you wonder?
Paint is a magical thing. Nothing transforms a room like new paint on the walls...
Just finished painting this vintage dresser. Or as the French say, a commode, which is a low cabinet.
